### Is there a minimum contract?

Monthly retainers have a 3-month minimum term. After that, you can cancel with 30 days notice. Ad-hoc orders have no minimum.

### What is the turnaround time?

Most assets are delivered within 3 - 7 business days. Priority turnaround (available on Growth and Scale plans) is 2 - 3 business days.

### Can I combine Crank.ai with the lead generation retainer?

Yes. Clients who take both services receive a 10% discount across both retainers. Talk to us about a combined proposal.

### Are revisions included?

Yes. One round of revisions is included with every asset. Additional revision rounds are available at £75 per round.

### What if I need fewer assets some months?

Unused production credits roll over for one month on retainer plans. They do not roll over indefinitely - use them or lose them after 30 days.
