The message no longer depends on the shopper’s browser, so more of the sales your ads made are counted. We prefer it, because then you own the account completely. It can also be billed through Crank. Either way you pay the provider’s list price, with no markup. ### Will my sales go up? Revenue does not go up; what you can see does. More of the sales your ads already made are counted, so the ad platforms learn from more of what happened. ### When is the switch made? Around your trading calendar, so a short re-learning period does not land on your busiest week. ### Do I need a developer? No. We put it in, and there is no code for you to write. ### Does it work on shop platforms other than Shopify? In Crank OS, server-side tracking is for Shopify. Other set-ups are quoted separately. ### My Meta numbers do not match Shopify. Is this why? It is often part of it. Ad platforms also count sales in their own way, so the two will rarely match exactly. ### How do I know it is working? In month one we show you the before and after from your own data, and after that it is watched every day. ### What if my numbers look different afterwards? That is expected. Some reported numbers can dip a little for a short while as campaigns re-learn.
